CIT was founded as a small tool shop in 1987.

Since then, we have expanded into various products, including steel returnable shipping racks and containers, cab enclosures for the construction and material handling markets, hydraulic lift gate products, and aluminum, steel, and plastic aerospace shipping and storage containers.

CIT has been designing and building OEM cabs since 2005, starting with a panel-style cab kit for Toyota Material Handling. We have since expanded our cab customer base and product offering, adding fully welded cabs and canopies.

Today, we are the largest producer of panel-style cabs in the US. With our fully staffed design engineering department and a fully functional tool shop, CIT is vertically integrated to handle all your cab and canopy needs.
